"Upon receiving the YBF samples, I started using Refresh as my eye cream twice a day. It goes on easily and sinks in well. The YBF website states that Refresh can also be used to treat deep wrinkles on other areas of the face so I also applied it twice daily to my forehead lines. I really don’t have many wrinkles, but my forehead lines are pretty prominent.
The area around my eyes is brighter and my skin just looks healthier. I also have not experienced any eye irritation with Refresh. My forehead lines,however, don’t look any better. Maybe I just need to give it more time."

"I’ve had the pleasure of sampling the Your Best Face Refresh and Antioxidants Concentrate serum for the last four weeks. After three weeks I can detect a minor improvement, with my wrinkles less deep on the Refresh eye than on the other side.It’s almost like the wrinkles were air-brushed away.

The thing I didn’t like about the Refresh is that if I used too much it didn’t sinkin. You really need to use a very small amount, as it’s very concentrated. I liked the Refresh, but not sure if I’dpurchase it for myself.

I used the Antioxidants Concentrate on the right side of my forehead, in addition to my usual Arcona routine. I could not tell a difference in wrinkles or skin clarity. It did not cause me to break out, but honestly I have no need for it in my routine."

"The product in terms of texture is a somewhere between a cream and a serum. It’s white in color, and has a very mild pleasant scent that I can’t describe further. The product sinks in easily leaving a smooth almost powdered feeling to the skin. This texture lasts throughout the day.

I really wanted this product to work for me as the YBF line gets a lot of love from Marta/TIA and it’s chock full of fantastic skin helpers. I mean take a look at the ingredients! Perhaps I’m not the right candidate for thisproduct as I don’t experience oiliness/shine any more; maybe I am too “mature” or at least my skin is as my inner 12 year old would vehemently disagree with such an idea.

Another potentially interfering variable would be the season I began using the cream late fall when temperature and humidity levels drop. This might be a great product for me in the summer- and I intend to try it again starting in June."

"... I'm seriously in scrub love. If you've not read my scrub reviews in the past, I'm super picky about scrubs. I was small, uniform and non-sharp grit. I want quite a bit of it to help keep the exfoliation even. I want it to be easy to rinse off as well. Surprisingly, it is hard to find a good scrub. This is a good one.

Prep scrub is very thick due to the high amount of grit in the scrub, and it is small, not sharp and evenly sized! (I'm swooning now!) Like any physical scrub it's not a good idea to do this until your face is red and raw, but I typically scrub for a minute or minute and a half, concentrating on areas like my chin and t-zone. It rinses off easily and leaves me glowing!"

"Balance is a product which has been formulated for 20-somethings and up and is meant to calm and balance the skin. As a late thirty-something, I really like this product. As I have gotten older, the pores in my t-zone have enlarged – ugh! This product really helps to minimize and shrink them. Additionally, it makes my skin feel smooth and soft. While I am testing it as winter is beginning here in Maryland (as opposed to super humid summer conditions), it does a really good job at keeping the excess oil at bay.

YBF’s Refresh is more budget-friendly at $80 anti-aging alternative to the highly-touted Correct in the YBF line. Since using this product, I have noticed that the fine lines around my eyes seem more plumped up and supple. It has been formulated (at a most reasonable price, I must say) to control breakouts, calm irritation and regulate shine – all without drying out the skin at all. I have found that I can use it all over the face, or just where needed and it plays nice with any other potions I happen to be using.

Although YBF bills it as pefect for 20-somethings, my 50-year old skin is finding it extremely useful and the addition of L-carnosineis giving me an antiaging boost. I need less than ½ a pea size of the cream for lips and it has a pleasant minty smell, not sharp but subtle. "Before I started using Correct my eyes looked awful! They were puffy, getting crinkly on the edges, and I had really dark circles. I was using layers and layers of concealer trying to cover up my under eye area.

Then I started using Correct. After just 2 weeks I noticed a HUGE difference! My eyes looked less puffy, and the dark circles were fading fast. I looked younger!

"The visible results after my first application was less fine lines around the lip line and less depth in the vertical lines on my lips. Now after the month long trial the colour of my lips is rosy and they look fuller and more youthful, I also tend to use much less lip balm because they are more hydrated and softer.


The Verdict–

I am in love with YBF Define! I have neglected my lips for too long and this is a must have. It is pricey, but a little goes a long way so if you use it morning and night with a balm in-between it will last long enough to make you feel OK about forking out the $70. "Recently, I had dinner with a friend I had not seen for a couple of months and she remarked how fresh I looked. Later in conversation, she remarked how you could always tell people that exercise regularly because their complexion is usually clear and healthy and asked if I were going to the gym.
